LUCA BOWL

2014
The result of playful experimentation with the Italian terrazzo technique, the Luca Bowl is a handmade fruit bowl which can be customized to taste. Luca Beel started exploring terrazzo in 2014 and came up with this object, which is defined by the contrast between the rough concrete bottom and the smoothly sanded terrazzo surface. Granulates in the terrazzo can vary and are often personal treasures like stones or seashells found on the beach, or even childhood marbles.

The bowls in stock are currently available for €490 per bowl.
